Delete Your Account and Associated Data
If you no longer wish to use the BRET app, you can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app.
How to delete your account:
  1. Open the BRET app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap on "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.
Your account and all related data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 days.
What data will be deleted:
  • Your account information (name, email, profile)
  • Exercise history
  • Custom breathing settings and preferences
What data may be temporarily retained:
  • Anonymous technical logs (retained for up to 30 days for troubleshooting)
  • Payment records, if applicable (retained for up to 180 days as required by law)
